CoreLogic

CoreLogic Solutions provides powerful real estate databases that together describe the characteristics of residential parcels across the United States and how these characteristics have evolved over time, the ownership and mortgage history of each parcel, and all building permits filed at each parcel. For more detail, contact Ben McCartney.

Experian

Experian has built one of the industry’s leading credit databases. UVA has acquired an anonymized subsample of this incredibly rich, individual-level dataset. For more detail, contact Sanket Korgaonkar.

Infutor

A consumer history file and multiple years of demographics files come from Infutor Data Solutions, now Verisk Marketing Solutions. The first database is a person-level product that lists up to ten aliases for every individual along with their ten most recent addresses of residence. The second includes hundreds of variables that paint a picture of the likely consumption habits and preferences of each individual. For more detail, contact Ben McCartney.

L2

L2 is a national leader on voter records data. From L2, HUFL has acquired a wealth of information on registered voters, including name, and address, and voter history. For more detail, contact Ben McCartney.
